Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
The Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (?Code?) was recently revised on December 9, 2008. Amendments were made to the Code to update it and ensure conformity with the recently revised Whistle-blowing Policy as well as include the Chinese translation of the Code for the benefit of CYI?s Chinese speaking employees, directors and executive officers.
