China Yuchai International Limited (“CYI”) is a Bermuda holding company established on April 29, 1993 and having a branch office in Singapore with its principal operating office located at No 16 Raffles Quay #39-01A, Hong Leong Building, Singapore 048581.

The common stock of CYI is traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “CYD”.

CYI is a subsidiary of Hong Leong Asia Ltd (“HLA”). The three main businesses are diesel engines, hospitality & properties and lifestyle through our following investments:

  1. 1. Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Company Limited (“GYMCL”);
  2. 2. HL Global Enterprises Limited (“HLGE”); and
  3. 3. Thakral Corporation Ltd (“TCL”).

Both HLGE and TCL are each listed on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
