Mr. Saw Boo Guan
Mr. Saw Boo Guan was appointed a Director of the Company on July 1, 2009 and assumed the role of President from Mr. Teo Tong Kooi on August 1, 2009. He has extensive experience in the automotive industry and his last position from 2005 to 2009 was as President of Cummins Westport Inc., a joint venture company between Cummins, Inc. and Westport Innovations, Inc., a position based in Vancouver, Canada. From 1989 to 2005, Mr. Saw held various positions in a number of Cummins entities in the U.S., Singapore, Hong Kong and China and his responsibilities included general management, marketing and distribution management for various Cummins entities in the U.S., Singapore, Hong Kong and China. Mr. Saw is a Malaysian Federal Government Scholar and received a Master’s degree in Public and Private Management from Yale University, U.S. in 1986 and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Malaya, Malaysia in 1979.

Mr. Hoh Weng Ming
Mr. Hoh Weng Ming was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from May 1, 2008. Prior to re-joining the Company, Mr. Hoh was the Group Controller of the Industrial Product Group division for Hong Kong-listed Johnson Electric Industrial Manufactory Limited, a leading industrial electric motor producer from 2005 to 2008. He was also the Financial Controller for two of Hong Leong Asia’s subsidiaries, namely Henan Xinfei Electric Co., Ltd. from 2003 to 2005 and the Company from 2002 to 2003. In total, Mr. Hoh has over 20 years of working experience in accounting and financial with extensive regional experience. He has worked and based in Malaysia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, China and now Singapore. Mr. Hoh has a Bachelor of Commerce and MBA from the University of Canterbury, and Massey University (both in New Zealand) respectively. He is a member of New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountant, Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Malaysia Institute of Accountants.

Ms. Foo Shing Mei Deborah
Ms. Foo Shing Mei Deborah was appointed the General Counsel of the Company with effect from December 10, 2007. Ms. Foo has more than 10 years’ of commercial and corporate experience gained from various in-house positions in Singapore and Hong Kong. Prior to joining the Company, she held the positions of Vice President of Group Legal and Company Secretary at Nasdaq listed Pacific Internet Limited. She holds a BA (Honors) in Law and History and a Masters of Law degree in Commercial and Corporate law from University of London. She is a Barrister-at-Law (Middle Temple) and is admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in Singapore.

Ira Stuart Outerbridge III
Mr. Ira Stuart Outerbridge III is the Secretary of the Company. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. He joined Codan Services Limited as a Corporate Manager since February 1996.
